Store Policies

GENERAL MERCHANDISE is returnable for store credit only. 
All items MUST be in original packaging, unopened, unused, in the same condition that we sold it to you. 
General merchandise must be returned within 7 days.

CLOTHES must be unworn, with tags intact.  
Please return clothes WITHIN 3 DAYS so that we can resell them within season. 
If you take the tags off, we cannot take them back. 
If they sit in your closet for months unworn, we cannot take them back. No exceptions!

Items on sale are not returnable.

Please ask for a gift receipt when making gift purchases. 
Gifts may be returned for store credit only, within one month of purchase. 
Gifts must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused.

Layaway

Layaway is available on all merchandise. 
We ask you to pay 1/2 the value upfront and the rest within 6 weeks (we are flexible). 
Layaway merchandise is not returnable. 
Once we take an item out of the inventory to place on layaway, we cannot refund your money.
